Nicole Lesser

Nicole Lesser's portraits are highly personnel and show a close relationship between the photographer and the subject. This
allows Lesser to be a lot more adventurous with what she captures crossing boundaries that are normally closed to a
stranger and photographer. Check out more of the work at: http://www.nicolelesser.com/

Violeta Niebla's

I dont know what it is about what I suppose we have coined the phrase the lomo look where photographs are bleached by light in unpredictable ways leaving orbs of colour, or the soft focus of a photograph when most would sort for an ultra sharpness, but we all seem to find a certain magic to them. The work of Niebla is a wonderful example of what can be achieved turning already touching or special moments into magical scenes. Let The Right One In

Its been a while but all has been busy but now a few days off means I can comment on the Beautiful world of everything photography related. But on a slight tangent today I just want to talk about Let The Right One In, a Swedish Vampire film. The words wow don't even begin to describe the beautiful photography in this film, you could pause the film at any time and on the screen would be a magnificent still. I really cant explain how wonderfully beautiful I found this film especially as it climaxes into one of the most fantastic final scenes. Go out and watch this now.

Madi Ju

Maid Ju has been on my blog before as half of the blog my little dead dick. When the relationship ended and they went there separate ways Ju returned to china to become a fashion photographer in china. I think it would be easy to dismiss her solo work as lacking the emotional depth of before but it is there if not so in your face and blatant. See more of her work at: http://madiju.com/

Jim Lucio aka Defekto

I was thinking about doing this a while back until I found this guys site and decided he was making a much better job of it than I ever would. Lucio aka Defekto is posting each polaroid he takes as the stock depletes and he eventually runs out. He has some really interesting models for the project which he employs from his site. the only danger he now has is if the Impossible Project bring polaroid back and he will have take them forever but that would by no means be a bad thing.
