Mark Wickens

Sometimes its the quality of the prints presented that just seem to completely whisk you away to a magical scenario. Its the dream date quality of the prints by Wickens that drew me towards them. A variety of different locations and people and objects all come together to draw us into this day dream further.

Floria Sigismondi

Toronto based photographer and music video superstar Sigismondis work is the first photography book I ever brought. Yes it can be dark, yes it can be sinister but in terms of lighting and detail brings a special quality to all of her work. Fantastic.

Martina Lindqvist

Back on form this week I promise and what better way to start than the work of Swedish/Finnish Photographer Martina Linfqvist. I know use the word a lot and it doesn't really do work like this the justice it deserves but beautiful night time shots of the island of Rågskär. The short focus and the twighlight lighting only add to the dream like quality of the prints.

If you want to check out more of her work and I really suggest you do go to: www.martinalindqvist.com/

Lou Bradbury

Im sorry ive been a bit slack of late but im away from home! And normally I like to show three photos but Bradbury's work is a bit hard to track down. Fantastic work crossing the innocent with the sinister, the dead eyes stand out like nothing I've seen photographically in a long time.

Ild love to give you a link to more but I cant find any.
